- Three bedroom, one bathroom duplex style double near just north of downtown Springfield. Unit is on upper floor.

Tenant is responsible for Gas and Electric. Owner pays Trash and Water.

Pets are okay with non-refundable pet deposit and monthly fee (amounts are determined by type and weight of pet).

Potential tenants must have a monthly income three times larger than the rent amount, be eviction free, and pass our background check. Applicants must provide a completed application, an application fee ($40 in office/$45 online), and proof of income for the previous three months. Applications from applicants whom fail to provide all of the above will not be processed.

Viewings available at applicant's convenience during office hours (9AM - 6PM weekdays, 10AM - 1PM Saturdays). Key may be picked up at the ROOST office in exchange for applicant's identification.     "There is a lot of cookouts and family and community get togethers also. Our community comes together when we really need it the most. A lot of church charities and school charities. Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
