Recently renewed Studio with a full kitchen and bathroom, washer and dryer included, refrigerator and stove,A/C. Convenient located close to the 10 fwy in north Pomona. Unit is on the second floor, no elevator available. This is a peaceful property with only 5 units that makes you feel like home. Gated parking in the back. No garage. Beautiful trees and plants in the front yard and trough out the property.

Each tenant has an assigned parking space. Gate in the back has to remain closed at all times. No smoking permitted. We ask for respect and quietness at normal night hours. Most of the current tenants have been renting from us for many years. Landlord pays for water and trash. One year lease required. After one year, lease becomes a month to month agreement. $1600 Security Deposit ( is not a last month rent).

    "It’s nice to have events close by at the Fairplex, and there are a lot of great public/community resources available throughout Pomona— specifically public health. Our neighborhood, specifically, does not do any organized events, and I generally spend my time outside of Pomona (grocery shopping/errands in La Verne, San Dimas, or Glendora, and work in Orange County) because many parts of Pomona are NOT safe at all and I don’t feel comfortable taking my family anywhere in town."
