Enter from the dining area is an updated kitchen with new appliances to include: new dishwasher, new refrigerator, new oven and stove, and new microwave. Walking from the kitchen you will see a formal breakfast area with a high glass table and 2 matching high swinging chairs. Entering to the family room is where you can have whatever you like in this spacious living area, which is included a 3 seated sofa and an armchair. In this family room is included a privately laundry room that consists of a brand new MayTag washer and dryer.
