Description
My Condo was Sold @ A Foreclosure Auction Feb. 28, 2017. While Wells Fargo had All Documents After My Mother Passed Away on March 8, 2016 after 3+ Months of Home Hospice. We bought it Dec. Of 2012 after my Dad Passed in July, 2022 in Lake Isabella after a Year in Home Hospice and their 36th Wedding Anniversary. Has been our only Residents for 4 yrs. In December. I'm Permently Disabled after broken Back, & Several Failed Surgeries. We purchased this @ the perfect time, w/a Large Cash Down Pymt. Then the 2nd. Yr. It appraised for 2 X's we payed!! Never late w/any Pymts. Or Bills. Wells Fargo is just 1 of the Banks that are taking Advantage of Home owners that I found out is not protected under the Law passed too help owner's that are underwater in there Home's. Meaning they owe more then their homes are worth, they can get help with/HARPP, & There is a Law too protect them from being made Homeless!!! I've only been able too Keep All other Bills Up to date without interruption. Including my HOA Monthly, and applying for Assistance ounce on my Electric Bill cause of being on Social Security & SSI Only. And the Bank New Everything after I Lost my mother, and they Told me they would Assist me too at least have time too sale it, to allow me too get a 5th. Wheel/Mother Home to travel and see my children. All along all 3 Housing Preservationist Specialist, began leading me through procedures too do just that, but at the same time started telling me they couldn't talk to me about it or answer any Questions because I let my mother be put on the deed alone trying to make her feel better, & Positive after going through all she had to deal with!!
Wells Fargo & Auction Company received faxes in plenty of time too postpone or remove it from the Auction, w/All the Proof from K.C. Supiorior Court-Probate Division/Judge that I was waiting to go infront of the Judge, and being the sole beneficiary of my Mother's Estate. Only then could I Legally either do a mortgage modification too keep my Home or Quick Sale and move into something to Travel in cause I don't make enough to Qualify to even rent an Apt. Pluses it would cost more then our original Mortgage? cost w/everything included. is. Taxes, Homeowners Insurance, etc. I Hope & Pray since I had too Retain an Attorney, The proof I have proves the Banks Illegal Intentions too take advantage of my situation will be the claim that allows the Judge(s) & Govt. Too implement a Law too Protect Homeowners that have done what they are supposed to do!!
What Would You Do if Your Bank Sold Your Home for $45,000.00+ Less then The Lowest Appraisal from the Marker, Then Recieved EVICTION NOTICE Posted too your door the day after it Sold at the Auction. While being Told by the bank they would be able too reverse the situation within 24hrs. And I would be called by the Manager of the Bank's Deceased Processing Center within this time Frame?
Sincerely,
Roy HC
