Most homes have been continually updated and remodeled while maintaining exterior charm and style. Downtown Gilroy is in the midst of a major revitalization that includes new street and infrastructure, many new stores and offices, and a whole new community of homes, stores, and apartments on a 9-acre plot of land that housed the former Gilroy Cannery. Schools and shopping are very close and easy to access. In addtion to the K-12 schools, Gavilan Community College is located just a few miles away. Several four year colleges and universities are within 30 minutes to driving distance.

  • Jasmine Poso
"I grew up in Gilroy and it feels like home. I wouldn’t move anywhere else if I had the choice to. It’s not too small and not too big "
  • GCV 4-year resident
"It has everything - great restaurants, bars, breweries, wineries, coffee shops, outlet stores and more! It is close to beaches, trails, parks, camp sites. Schools, churches, hospitals and markets are close by. There’s a cinema, golf course, theme park, art center and Caltrain station. You will feel welcome when you move in."
  • Xtlopez
