My child is in his second year at Stono Park. I have really appreciated Stono Park and found it to be an excellent school. It is obvious that the teachers and staff here work tirelessly to benefit the students and create a good environment. I am very, very impressed by how much they go above and beyond to do special things like the evening events with families (back to school wellness fair, Candyland themed math game night, around-the-world themed literacy night, student performances, board game night, bingo night, etc.). My child likes his teachers and class mates. On the first day of Kindergarten, he was so nervous (of course!), but on the first day of the next school year he bounced out of bed and exclaimed that he was excited for school! I have seen how being at Stono Park has helped him be excited for school.

This school has put a lot of time and effort into building a sense of belonging and community for their students. Teachers are engaged and leaders are making positive changes daily!

West Ashley High School offers everything! Great academics (lots of AP and Dual Credit options), fantastic athletics and clubs (our teams are always competing for region titles), fabulous teachers, and a real community feel.
