About this House

Come see our beautiful sunny room in our temescal duplex. The unit is 3bdrm 2 ba, and this unit shares a full bath with one other person. Large kitchen and living spaces, deck, yard with chicken coop! Laundry in unit.
3 min walk to BART and 10 min walk to central temescal dining. 1 block to beauty's bagel shop!

we are:

M Queer SBF mid 40s. Wedding and event coordinator and work from home 2-3 days a week. I love, LOVE music, all kinds but specifically Detroit techno. Ms Custard is a small 4 year old Minchi dog. She takes a minute to warm up to strangers but once you're in you are in.

L is in his late twenties, he works in education, sometimes from home and works as a visual merchandiser on the weekends. I consider him to be the most chill 20ish year old person I've ever had the pleasure of living with. Lucas likes to work in the garden, cook, and is often heard giggling from his room, also.

Between the two of us we keep the home pretty tidy, especially the common areas without the use of a chore wheel etc. We welcome a mature, responsible and open minded communicator to our home.

    "Feels like family folks look out for one another. Streets still have too many potholes but super walkable and feels like a small neighborhood even though it’s in a big city. Better to walk up though not down in block numbers. "

    "Mosswood is a great area. It's super close to Bart and highways, which is great for my commute. The park is also really nice and we take our dog there often. It's also walking distance to Temescal and a lot of great restaurants/cafes - like Beauty's Bagels!"
