Bathroom remodeling was planned with new all glass shower, (yes the old one is still functional, we just wanted to upgrade) you can choose to leave it the way it is if you want, but the all glass shower is ready to install and comes with the house. (Yes it fits). New stairs on one entrance and a whole new porch on another. 3 new doors, all 18 new windows (double pane). Complete rebuild of Ceiling in the poput of the master bedroom by Century Mobile. Master bedroom has its own exit door. There are no leaks, though it could use a touch up on some of the interior paint. Our lot boasts one of, if not the largest parking areas fitting 3-4 cars in a park where street parking is not allowed, and also boasts some of the best mountain views. You can see the sunrise and sunset daily. Has washer and dryer hookups so you can avoid the laundromat, but there is a coin op laundromat in the park also. Has vaulted ceiling in the living room which is extended by a popout for the dining room area and there is a popout as well in the master bedroom. Super private backyard, quiet friendly neighbors, 20 minute walk to the king salmon beach. 10 minute walk to the bus stop and the local store. Must have park approval. Pet friendly. Price is slightly negotiable, if you're interested in finishing the remodel by installing the new stuff i bought, make an offer and let's talk about it! Our teenagers want separate rooms, so at this point I'm not planning on finishing the work, just selling as is for a faster sale. If I end up switching the sink I'm raising the price so snag the opportunity to get this place before I do and you will save $.
