About this House

More photos coming just trying to get this thing to list because I had a Renter I believe hijacked my account

Shabby chic eclectic spacious rambling home with conforming and non-conforming bedrooms two full baths with Jacuzzi tubs two kitchens one upstairs ones down the upstairs kitchen has 17 foot vaulted ceilings, walk out to the deck from a sliding glass door, an island and handmade real wood cabinets throughout with granite tops for tremendous room for the dedicated Baker and creative cook. Skylights and large windows throughout, add to the wooded beauty scene from the house, yet routines, a cozy privacy of being alone in the woods.

Huge light I need to look up the size, but a stream runs through the property, and on the other side of the stream is a full wooded area with deer and a fire pit along with a very large shed that could be remodeled into a tiny home or camping glam for visitors
There is just a lot to talk about with this house that seems very small facing up from the street, but you walk in and it just gets enormous, a true hidden gem

There is a bridge across the creek to the rear of the property which butts up against the old Jewish cemetery in Raytown Missouri

"Neighbor hood watch and the community is peaceful . We watch out for each other. The neighborhood I’m in feels like family . I would refer anyone to this neighborhood because it’s one of a kind . "
  • Jannah Muhammad
"I drive to work 5 days a week and pick up and drop off my kid on the way to and from since it’s along the way. It’s is about a 20 min drive. So about 40 a day."

"Not much trick or treating but it’s quite and calm here. Lots of dog owners and check the sex offender locator if "
  • Jannah Muhammad
"Most owners that I’ve noticed do not clean up after their dogs. Most if not all I’ve seen are well behaved though "
  • Raechel
"Center of attractions for location. Schools are assessable within local neighborhoods. Local parks are nearby great bike trails for families "
  • Djf3986
"People walk their dogs all over the neighborhood. Most of them are friendly. I have never had a problem with a dog being aggressive. "
  • Doey1211

  • Chelsea T.
"Quiet neighborhood with mostly older folx, lots of dogs, and some younger families with kids too. Not a lot of sidewalks but lots of people still walk. We have been here for 2 years and we really like our neighborhood. "
  • Emilykeith.0828
"Strict leash laws, unforgiving animal control if dog gets loose, cannot leave dogs outside unattended "
  • Rlwhite68
"The beauty of this community is that I’m less than a mile or 10min from Kansas City, Independence or Lee’s Summit"
  • Chelsea T.
"Our neighborhood is pretty quiet except for all the dogs. There are a lot of dog owners here and a lot of people who go on walks. It’s a nice area. "
  • Roxanne R.
"It’s a good starter area for a first time home owner but not the best. It’s safe in a sense but still have to watch your back"
  • Letia K. .
"I see dog owners walking their dogs through the neighborhood. I think a dog park would be nice. A lot of areas do not have side walks so you end up walking in the street."
  • Letia K. .
"Certain areas of Raytown are clean and neighborly. Then there are areas that have a lot of traffic and trash everywhere. I do like Raytown because it is accessible to a lot of popular places."
