"I've lived here all my life and I cannot see myself or my family living anywhere else. I have the fondest of memories growing up here with the feel of community and culture and uniqueness all blended together."
  • Sherry Parra
"The community is friendly, people are nice for the most part. The parking isn’t as nice I live in a hotel suite and not enough parking and the parking spots are very close together that people hang the car doors. You can walk to stores even at night due to there is lots of lights. "
  • Sherry Parra
"The neighborhood has a lot of security. There is a local pool for the kids. There is a lot of people walking their pets. There is a lot of stores for shopping and entertainment. "

  • Trulia User
"There is a nice community center with a pool. Watch your children closely. The schools are not the best educational wise. "
  • Trulia User
"seems to be a good place for dogs. always on leashes and if a dog does come up lost. neighbors seem eager to help in finding them. "
  • Trulia User
"Wide range of family demographics. Mix of young families, retirees, etc. No park in the square mile (used to be you'd go to the school, but laws have changed and it's kept locked up except for official school use. Yard sizes allow for there to be places for kids to play at home. Also, there are parks within 1-3 miles from this neighborhood, but none within walking distance."
  • Danielle
"This community is absolutely the definition of a dog friendly community! There are several parks, as well as trails for hiking nearby, and dog parks. I’d say that about 85% of people I see walking in the park and around the community, have dogs. "
