This unit has large windows for natural lighting and comes with stove range and fridge. this unit is also close to our laundry facility which is open 24/7. call or stop by for more information.

Owner pays for water, gas, sewage, pest control, waste, and lawn care. Renters are responsible for electricity and cable/internet. Lease lengths go from 6 months to a full year (12 months). Deposits range from $0 to $400 depending on the past two years of credit history and rental history. We are pet friendly and accept dogs and cats of all sizes!
