About this House

My Virginia home is available for rent starting mid-July. Three year lease is ideal. This is in the Kings Park neighborhood of West Springfield. Around 2,000 SQ feet, 4 BR and 2.5 baths. Finished basement and granite countertops in the kitchen! A big fenced in yard. Both Kings Park Elementary (K-3) and Kings Glen Elementary (4-6) are a short walk. Zoned for Lake Braddock Secondary. At the end of our street you can catch the metro bus to the Pentagon (25 min commute). Pets considered with deposit. $2,700/month and managed by a property mgr. Best neighbors ever!

Please note that all bedrooms are on the second floor, both full baths on the second floor, 1/2 bath on the first. No bathroom in the basement and we have a carport without a garage.
