Neighborhood Description

Quiet but friendly. The front yards are trimmed and well kept by the landscape maintenance crews. The homeowners association members are terrific. They hold a picnic once a year in the neighborhood so residents can get aquainted and they have an annual community garage sale for those who wish to participate. Casual visiting often takes place in the alleys behind the town house's garages or by the mail boxes. The residents are a mix of people; although, there does not seem to be very many very young children. There are 64 townhouses on three streets. My unit is in the middle street which ends in a cul-de-sac.

I'm pretty sure there's at least one on every block. I have been clean for years but it makes me cringe when I see someone who looks messed up. it's like I want better for the person. other than all of that, this is a pretty quiet neighborhood."
