The main attraction is the Muskegon River. The 1.3 miles (+/-) of shoreline entails the entire south side of the river starting just below the Croton Dam and ending below the Pine Street boat launch. The land directly across from the house is state owned, so there will never be any houses directly across the river, it will always remain very private. This section of river is some of the best water for fishing for trout in the entire state. In addition to trout, you will find salmon, steelhead, small mouth bass and walleye in this section of the river, depending on the time of year and when the fish come into the river to spawn. The trout and small mouth bass are there year-round.
