About this House

Please do not look up my home elsewhere. My tenants number is somehow attached to the home and they are getting bombarded with calls and are angry. Please just call the number listed below. Located in Oak Park Village mobile home community, Coppell Tx. I own the home but I lease the lot in the mobile home community I do not own the land. Built in 2005, 3 bedroom 2 bath doublewide Fleetwood home. In beautiful Coppell, TX. Great school system. Elementary school right around the corner. Nice neighborhood. New roof 2020, home was leveled before roof replaced. New siding on sides of home in 2020, new skirting on sides of home 2020. New water heater 2019, new Air conditioner 2020. If you buy the home you must also qualify and sign a lease for the community. You will need to contact Golden Triangle Coppell for that, they are the sister property and the management office is located there.
