A charming studio basement apartment will be available at the end of summer for a single resident. The home is located in a quiet, residential area of Camp Hill Borough near Siebert Park. It is a wonderful neighborhood for walking and biking, and just three miles from the Pennsylvania State Capitol in Harrisburg.

Since becoming empty nesters, we have welcomed two wonderful tenants and are now hoping to find another kind, considerate, and relatively quiet person to make their home in our lookout basement apartment.
