"There are some parks in the area that someone is always trying to do something fun. Not a lot of chain restaurants or stores in the area, so it isn’t super busy."

"It is a half a second to one minute process. Now with more b to b being carried out by phone, going from deep sleep to work is two rings by the telephone. A serious day of work though begins at nine in a quite area of the house."

"Lehr park star gazing, summer movies, library program, bingo, carnival in the summer, community pool (green valley-membership required. No one bothers you. People keep their houses and yards neat in my development which keeps property value high."
