"It’s a great safe community especially if you pick the right neighborhood. We love the north end and we love the cooperative market and farmers market in town "
  • Brandonmcurrie
"The gateway to the adirondacks. Lots of lakes and hiking nearby. Local wine and beer festival, porch music festival, hunting, fishing, snowmobile clubs."
  • Wally H.
"Dogs are walked all the time and people are friendly and no one gives anyone a hard time about walking dogs in other’s neighborhoods. "
  • Dlynaugh24
"I always walk my dog around my neighborhood and see many other people doing the same. Very dog and animal friendly I would say "
  • Amy H.
"It all depends on the area you are in. Some areas are wonderful. Others you will notice drug abuse/public intoxication. "
  • Arilynaugh1
"There are good and bad parts to every neighborhood including this one! Get in the right spot and people are very friendly and welcoming!"
  • Penny12078
"I have lived on this street for 25 years it's a nice location, nice neighbors, but it is time for me to move back to the country."
  • Edocks
"I 've lived here for a year . The people here are not friendly. The community does not stick together and I hope to make some type of break through. "
  • Tennileburman
"I've lived here for 13 years. it's quiet and friendly. the neighbors all know each other for the most part."
  • Ldjmus5 g. c.
"I have only been here a little over a year, but it is quite and the neighbors are friendly. The only major draw back is the wet land. All the bacements have water in them and the laws are very wet as well."
  • Marcelle d.
"this is a very good neighborhood to live inbecause the people that live in this neighborhood are very friendly."
  • Turner
"Grew up there, but a lot has changed in 60 years; for one thing there's a Wal Green, McDonalds, Shopping Mall, Hanaford, restaurants, all within a 2 to 5 minute walk. There's city water and natural gas now. Since my parents passing I now own almost an entire block there. I'm a NY State licensed home Inspector and work the entire eastern section of the State, this area has more to offer for value for the price than any place else in the entire region"
  • Gilleysgirl
"I live in the area and it is fantastic. Nice, quiet, and friendly. It is a great neighborhood for pets and for getting to now your neighbors. We all watch out for each other and it is a great atmosphere"
  • Amy M. M.
" I live hear and wanna get out ASAP"
