All of my issues have been resolved efficiently and my children are handled with care. I can truly say my kids are loved my their teachers and the principal cares about his studentsParent Review1y ago22 Reviews - Pine Ridge High School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have two students at this school and two younger students who will eventually be attending high school. This is one of the worst schools any of my children (or I ) have attended. One teacher refuses to speak to the parents, not just my students, but others as well. I have had four parent teacher meetings scheduled where this teacher refused to attend. Even after the school officials called him to the office for our meeting, he would not come. The officials simply said, "we can't make a teacher talk to the parents". To this day I have yet to meet the teacher or even speak to him over the phone or through email. Another instance is that I have a student with a learning disability. My student does not receive the resources promised because the school "doesn't have time to deal with it". The most recent issue is where an adult who works for the school lied when they reported an incident, was proven that they lied, but the school will "back our employees whether right or wrong against students and parents" and not allow my student to return until they apologize for something that never happened. The bathroom doors are locked most of the time and students are not "allowed" to leave the school in search for a restroom. The only way they are allowed to use the restroom is if they have a doctor's note that says so. If they try to leave the school, the guards lock the gates and surround the student. The worst part about this school is that they forgot these students are minors. They treat them like adults in prison They are charging them fees for ridiculous things. One being the "right to park" in their parking lot, the "right to eat lunch", mandatory in school carnivals, and the list goes on. If I had the choice, I would not send my kids to this school. Much of the staff set the students up for failure any way they can.Parent Review2y ago9 Reviews - Heritage Middle School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagethis school is awful. there are fights every day. the food is lwk nasty but what schools isnt. bullying does not seem to matter whatsoever. the kids have no discipline and ive seen them skipping everyday.this school sucks. do NOT recommend.do NOT take your child here. save their well-being while you can. dont take them to galaxy either, its even worse.the only good thing about this school is algebra and geometry class.Student Review1y ago22 Reviews - Check out schools near 548 E Dr.

"Always a loose dog in the area. Leashes are required at all times. There are a lot of parks that are nice for walking. Gemini springs is the nicest and also has its own dog area. "

"Our neighborhood is not unique to Deltona. It is a typical Deltona neighborhood. There are no sidewalks and limited street lights. You must be careful going for walks and walking your dogs. "

"Love how spaced out everything is. Friendly, attentive and the sunsets are great in our area! So quiet and no noise. It’s pretty relaxing. You really hear the insects at night as if you were on an island say Puerto Rico. You wouldn’t regret moving here. Just make sure you have a car. Definitely need that to get around! "
