There is also gated access in the rear of the property that could accommodate additional parking or RV/boat storage. Exterior freshly painted. Big wrap around deck with views that has been refinished. Pets allowed with prior approval.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities (electric, water, propane, and trash collection). No smoking in the house. Pets are allowed with the exeception of certain breeds of dogs excluded by owner's liability insurance. Renter is responsible for any pet damage to new carpet at replacement cost. Landlord will maintain septic tank if necessary. Landlord will trim trees as needed. Tenant will be responsible for maintaining yard (mow, trim bushes).

Perched above the low desert of Palm Desert people escape here from the high heat there. No fast food and Mom and pop shops. Dogs as Mayors for the village. It’s like living back when everyone knew your name, kids could ride their bikes, and they were safe. It’s a secret, not many people even know we are up here. So shhh we like it that way! It’s Magical!"
