About this House

Welcome to Pace living at its finest. This house has almost everything you could ever imagine a house having. This house has 5 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms an office and a huge sunroom. When you walk in you will see an open concept with a kitchen that has been updated with new cabinets, new granite countertops and new fixtures. The house has been tiled all throughout the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious with exposed beams on the ceiling. The master bathroom has a dual vanity, garden tub with jets' stand alone shower and walk in closet. One of the other bedrooms has a private bathroom as well. This house has everything you will need for entertaining with a great bar that has had many family functions through the years. The backyard has 2 mother-in-law suites with a garage that separates them. Both of the suites have full kitchens and bathrooms and are roughly 500-600 square feet each. The two car garage is very large and also has a loft above with a functioning bathroom(this has not been added to any of the square foot). This house sits on an acre of land(also has about .3 acre that could be added if the buyer would like). Pace is growing fast and a house with an acre of land is very hard to find. This is one of the best areas to raise a family in our area(I would know I was raised in this home). We had a family of 6 and a friend moved in later to make 7, both my grandmothers lived here as well and it sounds like a lot but there is plenty of space to grow. This home has been a great home for us for a long time. 30 years for me and 50 years for my Dad. This home will be a great place your family I have no doubt.
