"I highly recommend living in this established area if you can afford it. The price of admission to living here is expensive, but well worth it. My wife can walk the dogs at 3am and see other members of our community beginning morning walks. The neighborhood is established, quiet, and safe."

" I'm a REALTOR and have been living in this area for over 15 years. This is a nice, quiet area of Riverside better known as the "Cowboy Streets" due to the names of the streets: Durango, Laredo, Carson Laramie, , etc. Most residents have lived here for over 30+ years. Schools are great. Victoria Elementary, Alcott Elementary, Gage Middle and Poly High School. You always see residents walking their dogs and it's safe an quiet. Not many homes for sale here..."
