Located in Hyde Park, apartment is on 2nd floor walkup. Rent is $1,050 a month. All utilities are included in rent (electric, heat, water) except internet. The unit has a big closet for plenty of storage. Stove and fridge included in the kitchen. There is a laundry room in the building and plenty of street parking. Cats and small dogs allowed. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee and $20 a month pet rent.
