Description

I am re-letting my apartment on 54th and Everett. It is technically a two bedroom, although I have it arranged as a one bedroom (with the "master" bedroom set up as a large living room and the "living room" as a formal dining room). You could arrange it however works best for you--either layout would work well. New stainless steel appliances ("new" = less than 6 months old. they were brand new when I moved in the unit in Nov.). Hardwood floors.

Free street parking and two blocks from the Promontory Point. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, the Museum of Science and Industry, and more. Lots of built in storage (pantry, walk-in bathroom closet, HUGE walk-in master bedroom closet, etc.).

I am moving because of life changes--the apartment is great and a GREAT value for the price/size/location. The current lease lasts until July 31, 2016 but you could arrange with the company to keep it for longer if you are approved. Please contact me if you are interested!

Heat included. Tenant pays internet/stove gas/electric.
