The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed and luxurious linens to ensure a restful night's sleep, and the modern bathroom features a spacious shower and high-quality toiletries for your convenience. Our property is also equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a washer and dryer. Additionally, our property is just steps away from the city's best restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it the perfect home base for your downtown Appleton adventure. We can't wait to host you and provide you with a memorable stay!
All utilities, internet, snow and yard are covered in the monthly rent.
- Pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet per month.
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
- Guests must clean up after their pets both inside and outside of the rental property.
- Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier when in common areas or outside of the property.
- Guests are responsible for complying with all local ordinances and laws related to their pets, including licensing and vaccination requirements.

- Any noise or disturbance caused by pets may result in the termination of the lease agreement.
