Nice spacious room in a 2bd/2bath condo. Has it's own bathroom/shower next to it. Walking distance to Pine St in downtown Long Beach where all the bars and restaurants are and also 2 blocks from the metro train (which can get you to downtown LA in 40mins ). Comes unfurnished but the rest of the unit is and very open and spacious.
No couples and pets,sorry!

Monthly dues are shared between the owner and tenant. Which consists of only electricity and Internet. Comes to about $50-80 a month.
