About this House

This is a large 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. This has laundry hook ups in the units. We allow small dogs (under 25 lbs) and cats for a $250 non-refundable fee and $50 more a month. The landlord will pay for trash and the tenant is responsible for gas, electric, and water. There is a $40 application fee. We do not accept anyone with evictions or felonies within the last 10 years.
