Landscaping maintenance, weed abatement, and proper irrigation of all will be the tenant/s responsibility within the fenced-in yard space areas of this home and property; very maintenance-free and drought-tolerant overall, and HOA maintains the front and exterior landscaping throughout.

Utilities Not Included, which will be the tenant's responsibility, are: Electric through SDG&E, Water through Rainbow Water District, and Trash Service through Fallbrook Refuse EDCO. Please note this is an all-electric home; it does not have any Gas hookups or appliances. Solar is grandfathered into NEM 2.0 metering.

Also there are no school buses out here either. So unless you plan to drop your child off and pick them up daily, this isn’t an ideal location. "

    "Bonsall is on of the last remaining hidden jewels of San Diego county. Here, you enjoy the bucolic semi-rural living while yet being 15 minutes away from the stuff you want and need. This little community of 4,000 is neatly tucked into in valley 180 feet above sea level bisected by the San Luis Rey river (dry 8 months of the year) and encased by hills dotted with oak and blanketed with chaparral. In exchange for the inconvenience of being 51 miles from downtown San Diego, you will not only be rewarded with gorgeous views every day you look out the window and drive the smooth curvy country roads, but also get one of the top school districts in the area. The high school is on the tech cutting edge with small class sizes and high quality educators. By comparison, living in a similar level school district in the San Diego area will cost you at least another $300,000 on the price of your home. I had never heard of this little town when I was looking for my home, but one visit, my first, I was hooked and knew I had to live here... never look back never regretted it for a minute. Better hurry before everybody else finds out about this little Paradise! 🙂"
