"Easy, I’m able to go to place to place with no issues. Stop signs and lights control the traffic in my area making my commute easier. "

"I live in this neighborhood, and have a small young family. The elementary school is just a few blocks down the street, and it is a great place. The area is friendly for kids to play on the sidewalk with plenty of friends."
