The exterior was repainted in 2013 and a new roof was installed in March of this year. New water heater in 2018. A new electrical breaker box was installed in the fall of 2014. The home has a large sunroom with new vinyl plank wood grain flooring. New vinyl plank wood grain flooring in both bathrooms and kitchen. Both garage door openers were replaced in 2012 and 2013. There is a large galley style kitchen with lots of cabinet space. There are several large closets and storage areas. A sprinkler system with automatic timer covers the entire yard. A large lighted brick patio allows for entertaining. The backyard has a mature pecan tree and 2 mature peach trees. The double garage is wired and lighted for a workbench. This home has a Connected Home security system and remote management through Suddenlink.
