5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGodley HS, and the ISD as a whole is underperforming academically, by a TON. They care more about image and athletics than true education. This district amounts to nothing more than an assembly line designed to keep the revenue stream coming in and they could care less about true education. The issues are manifested at the top where the senior administration surround themselves only with individuals who will reinforce their echo chamber. They drive away hard working, dedicated, competent, and their best teachers by their treatment of staff. It is shame, we love the community but this ISD needs a true coming to Jesus moment to try to right this ship. Superintendent is the first one that needs to go! If a quality school district that focuses on academics is importance to you, try some of the other local districts, they are far superior.Parent Review2y ago - Godley Middle School
