"City bud does run but bud stop is usually near University med center hospital onnzstate street. Wouldn’t walk after dark. Very high, bad crime area. Frequently hear gunshots."

"There are several pit bulls in our neighborhood but we haven’t had problems in many years. Sidewalks that we have are well maintained. Lots of people run, bike, and walk dogs. "
