    "There are no sidewalks . You have to walk on the street . Everyone in the neighborhood has a dog so there might be a lot of barking between the dogs."

    "I've lived across the street from 2413 Genessee Ave. for 34 yrs. What used to be a lovely home is now a filthy , foul, rat infested property. It is so overgrown you literally cannot walk to the back of this property. The previous tenant poured his used motor oil on the ground between the house and garage for 2 yrs. 2413 Genessee Ave. is an eyesore and a blight on the neighborhood."
