    "The neighborhood is very nice and friendly. Everyone is neighborly and the crime is almost non existent. It’s mostly quiet and reserve. Just wish we had different water companies to choose from. My kids are being raised here and I love it. "

    "We live near Brushy lake and can hear the music coming from the Fenn St. area. We think its a Mexican Rodeo that seems to occur on most Sunday nights. The bass makes it very audible inside your home. No sound ordinance, so calling the Police is not very helpful."
