Living room, sun room, dining room, kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, on street parking only and less than a 5 minute drive to Oak Grove T-Station. The whole unit was just repainted and new bathroom floor installed.

Tenants pay for gas and electric utilities.
First and last month rent, $825 broker fee, and $250 security deposit to move in.
