My daughter is currently a junior at BGHS. She’s a hard worker and motivated to succeed. Almost daily she expresses how happy she is with the support and encouragement of her teachers at Gap. She enjoys interacting with admin who know her by name, and she loves their frequent, friendly exchanges with her. She takes advantage of visiting her counselor when she has questions. BGHS has truly been the perfect high school for her and she feels very much at home there. For students who are motivated to learn and thrive in a “small pond” setting, it’s a great school!

The principal fails to handle problems. Instead she just waits for the kids to move on to middle school. This school has drastically declined. I have been involved for years and it is an all time low.

Overall, an amazing school. The majority of teachers ensure that you are actually learning while keeping the class engaging, bullying is not at all an issue, and the “exploritory” system allows students to chose a skill to learn about, such as technology, agriculture, and art.
