"Clean air great neighbors, dark starry skies. Perfect place to raise a family. Small community lets you know your neighbors. St David Schools within walking distance, the bus to the #1 School (Benson) in all Arizona stops in front of your home. The morning jog/walk neighbors pass right in front, plenty of horses and horse trails too! An easy "paved all the way" trip to Tucson with International airport, multiple universities, hospitals and shopping and entertainment. "

"Perfect home for someone looking for a bit of green in the desert. This home has St. David irrigation rights and allows you to "order" water from the St. David irrigation canal. for a very reasonable price. If you have animals you can irrigate your pastures for green grass for them to eat. This home has been painted and is move in ready.
