This property has been a good investment for the current owner. Currently rented for $600 per month with tenant paying the electric, heat, trash, and water/sewer consumption over 75.00 dollars per month; but it could also be your very own first home. Everyone who has lived here has enjoyed both the front porch and the good-sized fenced backyard with cement patio just out the back door of the mudroom.     "There are a lot of people that walk their dogs in this area and most people are animal friendly, but you do have some people that put up signs to keep off lawn. The reason I believe this happens is because you do have some people, very few, that will walk their dogs at night and not clean up. As a dog owner, I always clean up after my dog and I get very annoyed when I am walking and I see that someone didn’t clean up after their dog. "

    "Absolutely nothing. I moved here because I lived among the elderly and they began moving and selling their homes after Covid. Now the neighbors are loud with music playing constantly. Outside smoking weed and using profanity all the time. Gets worse during the summer time. I cannot let my kids outside to ply because there is no respect for them as children."
