About this House

Maybe one of the nicest homes to come on the market in Notus. Lots of square footage on a 1/3 of an acre lot for the large family or growing family. Original hardwood flooring on the main level with some nice upgraded laminate flooring in the kitchen along with new granite counter tops. The 3rd bedroom on the main level would make a nice office or den. Wood burning fireplace on the main level with a pellet stove in the finished basement. Beautifully landscaped east facing backyard. Bring your buyers out today to see this well cared for and well preserved large home from the 50's. It has all the appeal people enjoy with the older homes. The heating and cooling system is similar to our electric heat pumps today, but it uses "water" to pre-heat and pre-cool the system much like the modern heat pump. It is very energy efficient. Again, the backyard is very cool with a big patio area, fruit trees and very well landscaped. Buyer and buyer's agent's are to verify all information.

The downtown area does a two-block Christmas light display in the winter and has a small outdoor skating rink. We have multiple lavender festivals and craft fairs and a yearly county fair."
