New pullout double trash bin. Kitchen cabinet drawers and doors have new pulls and hinges. Drawers are soft closing. New double undermount stainess steel sink, oven, cooktop, hood, dishwasher, tall faucet, air gap and garbage disposal. Cabinets in the laundry room, hallway, and master bedroom were painted and have new pulls and hinges. Mirrored wardrobe doors in bedrooms were serviced. New exterior doors front and back, new garage person door, and new master bedroom french doors. New ceiling fans with LED lights in the family room and in all bedrooms. Rear sliding glass door serviced. New thermostat. Heater serviced. Spacious living room with fireplace, a wall of built-in cabinetry, and resurfaced hardwood floor. Fireplace in family room.New landscaping front and back featuring sod and bark. Sprinkler heads have been replaced as needed. All irrigation sprinkler valves and master shut off valve have been replaced. Raised redwood decks in back yard and outside master bedroom have been painted.

People are terrific, wildlife run free and are respected, the mountain views leave me speechless, prices for Realestate are reasonable, Tehachapi is handy and provides access to extras, although with the amenities in BVS (other than to go to work) one never has to leave for recreation or necessities. We have the Country Market, Saloon, Country club dining, and Mulligan Room!"
