Out back there is a huge patio that can easily be screened in or kept open for a light breeze. The pool is huge at 20'x40'and lined. This home has RV or boat covered parking, a two car garage, sprinkler system and an alarm system. The roof was put on in 2007 and AC in 2004. Beautiful home...will not last long!!!!

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
