    "Very easy to take out to potty compared to other downtown living. Hardwood floors are a great plus as well"

    "I live in the neighborhood, it's close to downtown, Baylor and I 35. Shopping and dining options are within walking distance. The neighborhood is very nice and friendly, mostly quiet at night. The only obstacles are the construction 🚧 sites in the area otherwise the area is very good and a great place to work, live, or to visit. "
