I am looking for someone who is willing to take over my lease on my current apartment. It is a two bedroom two bathroom on High St. the floor plan typically goes for over 2300.00 a month! The base rent is 1785 (before taxes and amenities). The apartment has garage parking with two spots and also amenities including the pool,Gym and being on High street.

Great public schools, clean, safe, friendly neighborhoods, easy highway access and numerous restaurants and entertainment locations within a few miles. Many of the major hospitals supporting Phoenix are located within a few miles; Mayo (2), Paradise Valley (5), and Scottsdale (10). Many miles of trails supporting hiking and biking. At one time this was a road bikers paradise ... not so much now with all the traffic developed north of our location."

Costco a mile away, tons of shopping, especially Desert Ridge Regional Shopping Center is one exit away."
