About this House

This majestic greystone is an investor's dream in a dream neighborhood. This beautiful quiet neighborhood takes you to a place in Chicago unlike any other. This has so much potential, has so many types of uses. The owner started the rehab all you have to do is finish it. It is ready for drywall, has been framed out for you in most places. The first floor has an open concept for living space with a possible bedroom in the back and a full bathroom. The rooms are large. The top floor has 3 possible four bedrooms with a walk-in closet/ master bath and another bath that can be added. The basement is a walk-out and can be its own separate unit with a bedroom, kitchen, and bath which would make a great Airbnb or short-term rental because of the area. The work has been started. Look at the ARV of similar properties in the area. This can be a masterpiece. Some permits have been pulled.

  • tasha4209
"Bud Biliken Parade, the car and boat shows are the only community event I’m aware of. Unfortunately more needs to happen in this area. I’m happy to finally see a decent grocery’s store such as Mariano’s. I heard a Pete’s grocery store is coming soon so I’m hopeful that some of these anchor stores will be an attraction for more retail businesses in the community. We shouldn’t have to depend on events at McCormick place."
