About this House

You will love this beautiful, cedar-sided home. This beauty is situated on a cul-de-sac in a nice quiet community right outside of Springfield. It feels like country living, but has convenient access to all of the city’s amenities with arguably some of the best views in the area. This home rests right above the James River, with views of the valley and Clydesdale ranch below. In the months without tree foliage, you can watch a train cross the valley and the horses run. There are tall, floor to ceiling windows that offer a panoramic view of these lovely sights. There is a ton of wildlife in the neighborhood. It is not uncommon to find 10-20 deer passing through the yard or as many turkeys.

This house has four conforming bedrooms and three non conforming plus an office. All but one bedroom have a closet. Lots of closet space throughout the home! Most of the closets have nice built-in wood shelving. There is a main level living room and a basement family room, a formal dining and a breakfast nook. There are 3.5 bathrooms, 2.5 of which are upstairs on the main level. The main floor has a two car garage and the basement has a one car garage/ John Deere room. The in ground pool has a slide and diving board.

Since moving in in 2015, we have:
*Replaced upstairs carpets upon moving in.
*Replaced our roof in 2017 with upgraded architectural shingles. All materials are a lifetime warranty.
*Completely renovated the nearly the entire basement in 2018. New flooring, new walls, new paint, new kitchenette, and a bathroom update. When we moved in three basement bedrooms were unfinished. Those are now finished. We will need to get the square footage recalculated now that we have more finished living space.
*Deck replaced in summer of 2020. We selected the 42 in anodized aluminum rails (no staining!!!) and a lockable gate.
*Installed security system and home automation.

    "Overall living here has been very convienent and helpful towrds my living situation here in springfield. I have had no issues with any form of management since living here and always find my help request solved in a quick manner. They are also very good about giving a heads up before they enter, whether that be for pest control or just doing a quick inspection. outside of the feel of the place all of the amenities of the apartment are great no complaints at all. I also enjoy the pool and believe it is always in a clean and useable state for the summer!"

Apart from the physical apartement unit the location cannot be beat.
