Tenants responsible for all utilities (g/e/w/trash). This is a pet friendly property. Rent is $900/month total, or $300.00/person monthly if all 3 rooms are filled.

Application fee of $40.00 due to process application. Credit, and criminal background screens are done, as well as employment and rental history verification. Once all roommates have viewed, and have been accepted leases must be signed with in 7 business days. Security deposit is due on lease signing (one months rent or 1 1/2). Preparation fee on $100.00 / tenant and first months rent is due upon move in. First months rent are prorated accordingly. IF PROPERTY IS PET FRIENDLY, RESTRICTIONS DO APPLY AS WELL AS $300.00 NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE PER PET.

    "I live just a ways down from the biggest park here, some organizations give BBQ,and have events going in the historic downtown part, it's small, smaller than what I'm used to growing up in Ann arbor and Detroit areas. But the crime is really low,every once in awhile something big will go down but the police forces here quickly,and I do mean quickly resolve them. Always keep in mind that central Michigan college isnt too far away,but far enough for quietness. I would live here forever if I can find an affordable home to rent,I'm sick of living in an apartment. I'd like a house."
