About this House

This rental home has been well maintained and has a very pleasing curb appeal. It is located about 2.5 miles north of South Alabama (6 minutes according to Google maps). It is also about 7 miles (15 minutes) to the Coast Guard station. The interior of this home is quite spacious. It has about 1600 square feet of living space and has an outdoor storage shed. The driveway is concrete. The family/living/dining areas are bright with natural light and have a very open feeling to them. The living room has vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, a fireplace and 2 sliding patio doors. The house has 100% tile flooring that makes for easy cleaning. There are no carpets for those who suffer with allergies! All interior walls, the ceilings and all baseboards are clean. The recently remodeled kitchen features attractive granite counter tops and newer appliances (see pictures). The refrigerator has an ice maker. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom on the common hallway. Both bathrooms are also recently remodeled (see pictures). All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and there are ceiling fans located in the family room and dining area This house has an inside laundry room with storage shelves and washer/dryer hookups as well as pantry shelving. All windows throughout this home have blinds. This is a really nice rental home and is perfect for a couple or a small family. The property backs up to a local park with a locked gate for entry into the park. The house has an installed security system should the renter be interested in securing that service. Rent is $1000 per month, plus an additional $1000 security deposit. Lease terms are 18 months to 2 years. The security deposit will be refunded at the end of the lease after the house is vacated and left in good condition.

This is the worst school ever. The teachers talk to the kids like they are nothing. They bully the kids and verbally Abuse them. The principal does nothing about it. I have called the school board and nothing still hasn’t been done. My kids got 3 more months. They will never return here I ask for a transfer the school board keep giving me the run around about it.
