The bathroom is covered floor to ceiling / wall to wall in 24x24 porcelain tile. It has been custom designed with one of a kind cabinetry, quarts countertops, Kohler modern square sinks, ceiling high mirror and Newport Brass solid brash in mirror fixtures. There is a walk in shower which is separated by a floating pieces of glass. The shower fixture was imported form Italy and it is recess into the tile. It gives you the option to use body gets, overhead shower, overhead waterfall shower, or to use the shower hose. The toilet is a Kohler toilet that has been fitted with a heated toilet seat which also has a bidet feature.

The 2 bedrooms are nice and spacious and both have built in closet systems. The guest room has a window that lets in good light throughout the day. The master is quite large and too has a large window which lets in just enough light. The hallway has an additional storage closed, a linen cabinet, a large recessed section for side by side washer and dryers, and also a recessed section for the forced heating unit which was replaced with a brand new energy efficient unit about 2 years ago. The outdoor forced AC unit was replaced at the same time 2 years ago as well.
