8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is fundamentally flawed. Structurally all K-3 elementary schools feed into Mill Pond creating an environment of a premature middle school for 4-6 graders. Kids this age are not ready for this environment. The school is too big for an elementary school and students make friends one year and then the next year they may hardly see each other because the kids are in separate halls and lunch rotations. The administration tends to favor kids with behavioral problems and continuously gives those kids a pass when they bully or threaten other kids. Communication with the administration in general is very frustrating. Overall we have been happy with the teachers.Parent Review1y ago10 Reviews - Armstrong Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOverall, I liked Armstrong better than any of the other schools in the Westborough District. There is one minor gripe—when my third grader asked me what was a “coyote”, and she wasn’t talking about the wild dog—is a book about Honduran immigrants who utilize the services of these smugglers of illegal immigrants really such an appropriate reading selection for a third grader?! Really?! And yes, she did find that out in a selection of books in her teacher’s classroom, as it isn’t a term we use at home.Parent Review6y ago11 Reviews - Westborough High School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI dunno how to put it but it’s more average than someone thinks. They just hide their problems well. Expired drinks here and there. Lunches are barely vegan or vegetarian. I mean no one wants to eat salads everyday! Some of the teachers here are…questionable. Might I add, there are no AP classes for 9th and 10th…kind of annoying. We’ve also had one snow day in like 2 years according to a senior in the school I’m friends with (I’m a freshman). Never thought I would, but definitely experienced bullying and seeing people smoke and vape in bathrooms. Can we please get that checked!? Anyway…quite a normal highschool. Nothing TOO special. Definitely nice afterschool clubs on the other hand. DECA, HOSA, Science Olympiad, etc. sports teams are also great. If ya can, I’d aim for a more elite school. Society wise. Academically it’s quite alright. B-‘s are considered bad almost students not teachers, student here values education more than one may see on the surface.Student Review1y ago10 Reviews - Sarah W Gibbons Middle School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageA culture of rampant racism, discrimination, bullying, and harassment amongst the students — especially the 7th and 8th grade boys. It’s been a harrowing experience for my son. My daughters attended this school many years ago and it was the same then too. Teachers are hit or miss and the guidance counselors and admin are largely ineffective in dealing with very serious issues throughout the school.Parent Review1y ago10 Reviews - Check out schools near 53 Otis St.

"Not really sure more families in the area, I work a lot, movies during the summer on the green. School events, parades on holidays. I am single so going to Worcester about 15 minutes away is very easy to get to. Movie theater in Framingham and Marlboro. Indoor athletic facilities. New athletic fields and track facilities at the high school with lights. Town beach and lake, local reservoir good for walks taking strolls. Several local bars and restaurants searching shell fish Mexican Asian cuisine and an Uno restaurant. "

"Love Westborough. Great community and lots of things to do. Schools are one of the best in Massachusetts and everyone is always friendly. Close to Boston by car and by train with convenient parking at train station. I also have to say that the police department are on their game here, always looking out for the best of the community. If you pass through the town you gotta check out the local brewery where we stop into on our dog walk (Cold Harbor). "

"There is a YWCA daycare across the street. The people in town are very nice. I feel safe in my neighborhood My best friend who lived across the street moved back to Australia and i miss terribly. She was the first person that came over when my husband past away from a kidney disease. My world was turned upside down and the community surrounded by them."

"I can walk or ride a bike to several restaurants. It’s very quiet. There is a commuter rail in town. Not bad if you appreciate quiet, early nights, but still pretty pricey considering what is here. "
