    "Everyone has their dogs out and about, some on leashes some not. Our dogs are comfortable with everyone and all the other dogs in the neighborhood and vice versa. Also in the summer time walk up to Charlie Browns and get a doggy delight!"

    "Most of the dogs you see are nice, but many of them that are caged up/behind a fence constantly bark, and jump on the fence, which only makes you assume whether or not they are friendly. But, most of the dogs are nice, and the area is clear of trash, the buildings are decently maintained and the parks are very refreshing."
